Welcome to the 2025 Warder PTA Silent Auction!

 

The proceeds from this year’s silent auction will continue to support our school community by funding things such as: family engagement events throughout the school year, ongoing staff appreciation (we love our teachers and staff!), classroom grants at the start of the school year, our annual PTA passion project, and so much more!

*Note: Electronic payment for auction tickets is preferred. Check and exact change is accepted but we will not be able to make change on site.

Ready, set, bid! Be sure to set up your Bidder account in advance to ensure you don’t miss out on any of the action.  A selection of our fantastic items will be on display outside of the Library/Media Center and online beginning March 10th.

Warder Wonders

Important note about our fabulous donations from staff members: Due to system limitations the experiences being auctioned that have room for more than one student participant (aka. auciton winner) only the highest bidder will be automatically charged when the auction closes. Remaining winners will be required to make a separate donation for their bid amount here.

A few FAQ’s

  1. What is included with my ticket purchase?

    1. This year’s silent auction ticket purchase includes a light dinner, prize drawing ticket with multiple chances to win, and access to the Warder Kids’ Night out exclusively for our auction attendee’s families. 

  2. What is Kids’ Night Out (KNO) and why is it limited to only 5 and up?

    1. The Warder Kids’ Night Out is a packed evening of fun! Professor Eric of 303 Training Center will lead a night of  jiu jitsu related fun, games and a movie.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of rambunctious play and space we are limiting entry to the first 50 big kids that sign up.  

    2. Dinner and snacks will be provided, feel free to send your kiddo with a water bottle.  

  3. How do I sign my kiddos up for Warder Kids' Night Out?
    1. Pleaes follow this link to our RSVP form. 

  4. What are the additional fees being added to my winning bid?

    1. Platform fee - This fee, regarded as a ‘Buyer’s Premium’ in our case, goes directly to Bidding Owl for the use of their website. 

    2. Credit card processing fee - You’ve likely noticed these fees when making purchases from smaller merchants.  Each of our transactions will incur a 2/9%+.30 fee that goes directly to the credit card processor.
