For more than 50 years, Southwest Airlines Employees have proudly put their Heart in Action in everything we do. From caring for our Customers, going the extra mile for a Coheart, or spending free time volunteering, Southwest Warriors are known for sharing their love with their communities and organizations like yours.

To thank our Employee volunteers for giving their time and talents to 501c3 nonprofits and schools, Southwest gives to recipient organizations through our Tickets for Time (T4T) program. As a result, we are delighted to share that your organization has earned four (4) domestic one-way travel in the form of Southwest flight e-passes valid for use from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027.

We applaud your work and thank you for making the world a better place. Whether in the air or on the ground, we believe community is more than a place, it's at the Heart of what brings us together.
