Welcome to the 2026 Warder PTA Silent Auction!
The proceeds from this year’s silent auction will continue to support our school community by funding things such as: family engagement events throughout the school year, ongoing staff appreciation (we love our teachers and staff!), classroom grants at the start of the school year, our annual PTA passion project, and so much more!

Ready, set, bid! Be sure to set up your Bidder account in advance to ensure you don’t miss out on any of the action. A selection of our fantastic items will be on display outside of the Library/Media Center and online beginning March 10th.
**If you are looking for ticket sales via your mobile device, you'll need to go to the 'Fund-A-Need and More' drop down. Early bird tickets are $20. Week of tickets are $25.

This year we will have not one but 2 grand prize winners! Each grand prize is valued at more than $150!
Every auction ticket purchase earns chances to win Warder gear and more! - Want more chances to win? Sign-up to volunteer! Each additional shift will increase your odds. Or you can be the "Big Spender!" - The biggest spender of the evening wins an extra $30 in gift cards.

Where's Waldo?
Be sure to purchase your "Where's Waldo?" ticket in advance. Each participant has one chance to locate either Waldo Havens or Waldo Chaves to earn a prize!
"Getting to know you" Bingo
Each regular bingo winner wins a free Snooze pancake (while supplies last)! Be the first to cover all and win a Warder water bottle, Warder shirt and Comdey Works passes for two!
Wine Pull (returning this year!) - In person only
$25 per bottle - More details coming soon.
Winning Bids and Closeout
Important note about our fabulous donations with multiple quantities: Due to system limitations those items/experiences being auctioned with quantities more than 1 (aka. auciton winner) only the highest bidder will be notified when the auction closes. Remaining winners will be required to make a separate donation for their bid amount (exact cash amount or check are also accepted). Once the auction closes, winning bidders will need to complete the transaction.
