Your participation will directly support our efforts to elect Democratic candidates up and down the ticket and ensure that people can and do vote.  

So,get out your virtual paddle! We are delighted to present an amazing array of items for bid – delicious offerings, beautiful arts, crafts, fun, invigorating, and fabulous services- all generously donated by friends of theDavidson County Democrats!

How the Online Auction Works:

Bidding begins has begun! It will continue until 8:15pm on Thursday, September 5th during our Honors Dinner. After the bidding is closed, the winning bidder will receive an invoice. Once the we receive the payment for your item, if you are at the Honors Dinner you can pick up your item or infomation regardig transfer of the item outside the ballroom at the end of the event.  If you are not at the Honors Dinner, you will be contacted with 24 hours with instructions and details to arrange pickup or transfer.

This silent auction is part of our 2024 Annual Honors Dinner, taking place on Thursday evening, September 5th, is the premier fundraising event for the Davidson County Democratic Party. We will honor some of Nashville’s hardest working Democrats who promote our Democratic values in everything that they do. All proceeds from this event will support the Davidson County Democratic Party.

Funds raised from this event are used by DCDP to elect qualified candidates and support Democratic principles at home and beyond. Our assistance includes:

·       Voter registration and get out the vote drives,

·       Candidate forums, straw polls, regional events and our popular spring breakfast,

·       Volunteer recruitment, training, & coordination, 

·       Rides to the polls & poll-watching,

·       Phone-banking & door-knocking,

·       Support of as many Democratic candidates, events and organizations as possible,

·       Information shared via website, email blasts, and Facebook,

·       And basically, doing as much as we can to help win back the legislature.

Other Auction Details:

To accommodate everyone’s busy schedules a 12-month time frame is provided to fulfill the direct-service offerings, to host dinner parties, and to deliver items and tickets.

A 2.5% fee will be added to your overall purchase to help offset the cost of processing fees.

Please Note if you are requiring or requesting shipping of items won: Shipping of items is not included in the price and will be at the option of DCDP.
