Southern Oregon Fly Fishers would like to welcome your to our 2024 on-line auction. We thank you for your participation and support. SOFF is a 501c3 organization and auction proceeds go to support charitable undertakings
Organized in 1993, Southern Oregon Fly Fishers is a non-profit membership corporation established to promote the arts and skills of fly fishing and to encourage conservation of our natural resources through the inherent ethics and stewardship that fly fishing evokes.
OUR GOALS ARE :
- To provide public education in the arts of fly casting, fly tying, and fly fishing tactics
- To assist our government agencies with fisheries related and habitat enhancement projects
- To promote the sport of fly fishing as a means of conservation of our natural resources by fostering a greater appreciation of our natural environment.
ABOUT THE AUCTION
In order to bid in the Auction or purchase raffle tickets you will need to register. There is a tutorial on our website to show how to do this. Go to soff.org and click on On-Line Auction. Once you have gotten to this webpage you can click on Bidder Login and the program will walk you through the registration process.
Registration is FREE and SECURE, no credit card information is required to register. Click on the account icon 
at the upper right corner of this page to create a bidder account
Bidding begins at 12:01 AM on Saturday, February 17th and ends at 11:55 PM on Friday, February 23rd. Material raffles are open through the end of the auction. Winning tickets will be drawn on February 24th.
The auction items are can be browsed from begining to end by clicking on all items at the top of the Category List. Items are grouped by functionality after the first 8 items which are featured items. For example, all the trout reels are grouped together, as are all of the art pieces. You can also select a specific category and only view items assigned to that category. You can also limit your findings by doing a keyword fuzzy search by typing term such as "Spey Reels" into the search field. Only those items which have this term in the item record will be shown.
Winning bidders will be contacted by email with a link for credit or debit card payment through PayPal. Payment by check or cash can be arranged by contacting Auction Chairman John Smith at 801-710-2515 or auction@soff.org. Some items are specified for local pickup and delivery only. If you will require shipment of an item please determine if the item is eligible for shipment before bidding. If you are the successfu bidder on an item you want shipped contact Auction Chairman John Smith. Shipping will be calculated and added to your invoice for payment. Items requiring shipment will require payment by credit or debit card through PayPal.
Raffle ticket purchases and successful auction purchases are recorded in your cart for later payment through PayPal. Your cart can be accessed by clicking on the account icon 
at the upper right hand corner of this page. To pay by cash or check contact John Smith at 801 710-2515 or at auction@soff.org.
