Capital Area Recreation Association is a nonprofit organization that oversees the sports complexion on Piggery Rd. in Augusta. Kids from all over Central Maine play at our facility. We have Little League baseball, Girls Softball, Babe Ruth, Legion, Basketball Courts, lacrosse and several Soccer fields.
Our budget consists of donations and sponsor money from our two fundraisers – Our Auction and our Golf Tournament. We are an all volunteer organization and all money goes back to the complex. Our mission is to provide all children an opportunity to play ball, regardless of their financial situation.
