  • Raffling off a Parking Spot - $20/ticket or $100/6 tickets
  • Raising the Bar: Our upgraded bar offerings, will feature a delightful array of wine, beer, and signature cocktails.
  • Support the Arts: Discover the magic of creativity as we rally behind Mountain Elementary's Arts programs. Immerse yourself in our captivating Art Installation, featuring handmade ornaments by every child. Take home your own piece of the magic—a unique peacock feather creation!

Behind the scenes, the Mountain Parents Club, the auction team, parents, local vendors, and business owners have generously donated their time and resources to ensure this event is nothing short of spectacular. Your presence and support are invaluable as we gather to make a positive impact on our community.

All funds raised at this event go directly toward funding vital staff positions at Mountain Elementary School, including our librarian and our Visual and Performing Arts teachers (art, music, drama & dance).

**An additional limited online auction will be live starting Friday, May 3rd at 9:00am PTS through Monday, May 17th, 2024 at 8:00pm PST. 

 

Please support us by attending our in-person auction and/or bidding online! If you don't have time to check the auction often, you can even set your highest bid for any individual item.

You can make a tax-deductible donation to the Mountain Parent Club. You will receive a tax receipt from the Parent Club within a few weeks. To do this, click on "View Items" in the upper left and click on any of the "Cash Donation" links.

 

A few FAQs...

PAYMENT: Bidding Owl will send an email to the winner of every item, which includes a checkout link through PayPal. PayPal permits the use of credit card payment. We also accept Venmo, checks and cash. Email mountainparentclub@gmail.com to inquire about or to pursue alternative payment. All payment is expected within one week of the auction’s conclusion. Any items not paid for by May 22, 2024 can be sold to another party.

PICK-UP: Items will be available for pickup once payment has been received. You will be contacted with the location and to coordinate a time for pick-up. Drop-off at another location (e.g. your house) may also be considered and can be coordinated by emailing mountainparentclub@gmail.com.

WARRANTY: All items are sold as-is and no refunds are accepted. Please ask any questions prior to bidding. Mountain Parent Club is not responsible for any gift cards that cannot be used due to business closure or other extenuating circumstances.
