The mission of the Barrier Islands Center is to preserve and perpetuate the unique culture and history of Virginia's Barrier Islands through education and the collection and interpretation of artifacts. The sale of these items will help us to do even more for our meaningful cause.

Please email Kristen Dennis at bickristen@live.com if you have any questions or want additional details/photos of an item. The auction will begin on February 21st at midnight and end on February 28th at 4:00 p.m. Please read each item description, as some things can be shipped and others cannot. 

We use Stripe for credit card processing. It is the EASIEST, QUICKEST, and ONLY way to pay for your items ONLINE (a service fee of 3.5% will be added to the sale). The SECOND OPTION  is to call or stop by the Barrier Islands Center so we can process your credit/debit (with a 3.5% service fee), cash, or check payment. 

If you are attending the Oyster Roast, please pay for and take your winning item(s) home with you that day. If you are not attending the Oyster Roast, please pick up your winning item(s) at the Barrier Islands Center Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
