Boomerang Youth, Inc., a 501c3 organization located in Orange County, North Carolina, provides youth with the opportunity to learn and grow, both inside school and during critical out-of-school time, building self-advocacy skills, leadership, and positive relationships that contribute to the trajectory of their futures and the transformation of our community. Our strengths-based alternative to suspension program serves students in grades 6-12  for out-of-school suspension.  

All proceeds from this auction benefit Boomerang Youth, Inc., which supports initiatives that empower youth to build self-advocacy and leadership skills and foster positive relationships to achieve success.

Auction Details:

  • The auction begins at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 16th, and will run through Thursday, March 20th,        at 8:30 PM (EST).
  • Please click on "ALL" under "Categories" on the upper left of this page to see the Boomerang Auction items.  When you click on "ALL" you can peruse all items in the auction, or choose the category you would like to see.  If you click on a specific individual item you will see a full written description of what the item consists of, pricing, donor and up to five (5) images per item.
  • Winning bidders are encouraged to pay for their items when the auction closes at 8:30 p.m. on    March 20th, or we ask that they be paid for no later than Noon on Friday, March 21st.
  • Items may be paid for by credit card through the Bidding Owl site, by check or cash on the evening of the Sip and Support event, or at pick-up on Friday at Boomerang.
  • Once items are paid for, they will be available for pick up after 8:45 p.m., at the Sip and Support  event, or at the Boomerang locations in Chapel Hill or Hillsborough on Friday, March 21st,                 from 10 am - 4 pm.
  • This auction is conducted by Boomerang Youth, Inc. and is open to the public.
  • You do not need to attend the event to bid or pick up your item.  Winning out-of-state bidders' items will be shipped by March 24th.  Out-of-state buyers are also responsible for shipping costs.
