Thank you for joining CVHHH in support of our annual Hospice Memorial Golf Tournament! Over 125 golfers, sponsors and volunteers will gather at the Country Club of Barre on June 6 to support compassionate end-of-life care in Central Vermont.
The silent auction is another way for friends to support friends, family members, and neighbors to receive the care they want, when and where they want it.
The Hospice Memorial Golf Tournament was founded 29 years ago to honor an individual who was cared for by CVHHH’s hospice team. In 2024, CVHHH’s Hospice Team supported 284 Central Vermonters and made over 10,000 visits to hospice patients in our service area. The need for hospice services in Vermont will only continue to grow.
