Bidding opens April 13th at 8am - stay tuned to bid on fabulous items! 

Auction closes at 4:30pm on April 18th (end of the event).

  1. To place a bid, register with your email address and cell phone. All bids are anonymous.
  2. Check your phone for text message updates!
  3. Winners notified on 4/18 at 4:30pm
  4. Payments to be made via Square space by CREDIT CARD ONLY. Invoices emailed AFTER the event by 4/20. 
  5. Pickup paid winning items on 4/30 during Open House between 5:30-7:30pm at the lunch shelter.

Items with digital certificates will be emailed to winners upon payment.

Items needing physical pickup: come to the lunch shelter during Open House / Book Fair on Thursday 4/30 between 5:30 - 7:30pm.

All of these generously donated items will raise funds for PTA arts programs, field trips, family events, educational supplies and many other items not covered in our school’s very limited budget.

RAFFLE BASKET INFO! We have many exciting baskets which will be raffled off in person during the Carnival on April 18th. Tickets are $1 each and will be available for purchase at Carnival beginning 1pm. The raffle will begin promptly at 4pm, winners need not be present.
