The goal of Connectedly (formerly SOWN) is to engage our community of colleagues, friends and family in a celebration that brings us together to raise money, increase awareness and have fun in the fight against loneliness and isolation in low-income older adults in Philadelphia.
We hope you are able to join us on April 10 at our 40th Anniversary Celebration, where we will celebrate our decades of service to older adults, honor our founder and enjoy food, wine, music and camaraderie.
