During account setup, you may be prompted to receive text notifications or an email notice if you are outbid on an item.  I highly recommend doing this! A fun and easy way to track the status of your bids.  

You can also set your maximum bid on each item and The Bidding Owl will automatically place a bid up on your behalf! No one but YOU can see how high you are willing to bid. (The Bidding Owl will bid as many times necessary in the dollar increment required to put you in the lead. It does NOT automatically jump to your maximum bid but rather works up to it if you have a competitor!)

How it Works after the Auction closes:

After the bidding is closed, the winner will receive an email with an invoice for all items won.  Once the Grand Traverse Democrats receive payment (via Paypal, Visa, MC, etc), we will coordinate pick-up/shipping as follows.

Pick-up/Shipping:

This will need to be coordinated on a case by case basis. Shipment of items can be arranged if necessary, however, shipping costs are not included in the final price and will be at the winning bidder's expense.

Pick-up will be at the Grand Traverse Democratic office on Front Street.

Gift cards will be mailed to you via USPS.
