The Guild's First Ever Fundraising Event!

THE AUCTION IS OPEN! It will close during the event on Nov. 11 at 10:00pm. 

All bids will be accepted via Biddingowl.com and you need not be present to win. Winners may pick up their item at the event if they are in attendance or at The Gutman Gallery in Ann Arbor. If a winning bidder requires their item to be mailed or shipped, all costs incurred are the responsibility of the bidder.

To participate in our auction, follow these simple steps:

First:  Register as a “Bidder” in the upper right hand corner of this page

Tip: During registration, please be sure to select "Receive Email or Text Notification When Out-Bid" to ensure you're notified when you've been outbid!

Second:  View our selection of exciting auction items!

Tip: Click on the heart icon 💚 next to the items you're interested in to stay up-to-date on the bid activity of your favorites!

Third:  Place bids on your favorite item(s)

Tip: If you enter your maximum bid for the item, it will allow us to automatically enter incremental bids on your behalf, up to your maximum amount.

When the auction ends, if you have won, an invoice will be emailed to you. Use the Checkout button on the invoice to pay via credit card or PayPal. Note: You are financially responsible for your winning bid.

After payment is made, items may be picked up at the Big Top Bazaar event or at The Gutman Gallery (118 N. 4th Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104). If an item cannot be picked up, all costs incurred for mailing/shipping is the responsibility of the winning bidder. A staff member will contact you to make arrangements for pickup or shipping. Payments must be made by November 17, 2023.

The Guild of Artists & Artisans (The Guild) is a non-profit, membership association of independent artists founded in 1973 in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Its mission is to promote community awareness, understanding and appreciation of the visual arts and to maintain a support network for artists, which provides educational, mentoring and marketing opportunities. It furthers this mission by:

  • producing eight+ art fairs a year:  Art Birmingham, NINE Design + Homes Festival of the Arts, Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair, Levis Commons Fine Art Fair, Birmingham Street Art Fair, A2 Artoberfest, Royal Oak Market: Art Fair Edition, and new in 2024 - The Garage Sale Art Fair;
  • managing The Gutman Gallery at 118 N. Fourth Ave., Ann Arbor, MI; and
  • working with newer art fair artists in The Guild’s Emerging Artist Program, acting as a catalyst to launch emerging artists’ visual arts careers.
