WELCOME TO THE 2026 HENDERSONVILLE HOME BOUND MEALS PROGRAM SILENT AUCTION!

Thank you for supporting our annual Pancake Breakfast & Silent Auction. Proceeds from this fundraiser help support Hendersonville Home Bound Meals Program and the neighbors we serve.

TWO WAYS TO BID THIS YEAR
Our 2026 Silent Auction includes both ONLINE AUCTION ITEMS and IN-PERSON PAPER AUCTION ITEMS.

ONLINE AUCTION ITEMS
Online bidding opens Saturday, October 17, 2026 and closes Saturday, October 31, 2026 at 11:00 AM Central. Items identified as ONLINE AUCTION may be bid on through BiddingOwl from your phone, tablet or computer, including during the Pancake Breakfast & Silent Auction.

IN-PERSON PAPER AUCTION ITEMS
A separate selection of items will be available ONLY for in-person paper bidding at the Pancake Breakfast & Silent Auction on Saturday, October 31 from 7:00-11:00 AM. These items are displayed on BiddingOwl for PREVIEW PURPOSES ONLY. Online bidding is not available for these items. To bid, you must attend the event and place your bid on the paper bid sheet located with the item.

IMPORTANT - CHECK THE ITEM CATEGORY
Each item will be identified as either ONLINE AUCTION or IN-PERSON PAPER AUCTION. Look for the “In-Person Paper Auction” category and the “IN-PERSON BID ONLY” label on paper-bid items. Online-auction items will be displayed first on the site, followed by the in-person paper-auction items. New items may be added after bidding opens, so check back often!

HOW TO BID ONLINE
1. Browse the auction items.
2. Select an ONLINE AUCTION item to view its description, estimated value, restrictions and bidding information.
3. Create or sign in to your bidder account.
4. Place your bid or set a maximum/proxy bid.
5. Watch for outbid notices and check back before the auction closes.

No app is required - you can bid online from your phone, tablet or computer. For IN-PERSON PAPER AUCTION items, BiddingOwl is for preview only; bids must be written on the paper bid sheet at the event.

$5 EVENT ADMISSION - PANCAKE BREAKFAST INCLUDED

Guests attending the in-person event will pay the $5 event admission. You do not need to attend the breakfast or pay event admission to participate in the online auction from home.

NEED HELP BIDDING AT THE EVENT?
Volunteers will be available at our bidder-help table to assist with online bidder registration, finding items and placing mobile bids. They can also direct you to the in-person paper-auction items and bid sheets.

WINNING, PAYMENT & PICKUP
Online-auction winners will receive notification after the online auction closes. Online checkout through PayPal will be available when enabled, and approved in-person payment options will also be available at the event checkout table. Winners of the In-Person Paper Auction will be determined from the paper bid sheets at the event and will complete payment through the event checkout process. Paper-auction items are not processed through BiddingOwl.

We request that you pick up your winning items no later than 12:00 PM on the day of the event.

Items not picked up at the event will be available during the following week at:
