Welcome, wonderful Helping Parents Heal Conference Attendees!   The items that are auctioned below were donated by two generous supporters of Helping Parents Heal, Inc: Gordon Smith and Joyce McLaughlin.  They will be given to the lucky winners during our Conference Banquet, on August 24th, 2024. We are so grateful to both Gordon and Joyce     Our first item, 'Of The Light,' is an oil on canvas painted by the renowned Psychic Medium, best-selling author, and inspired artist Gordon Smith.  Gordon, a beloved keynote speaker at our Conference, has once again generously donated a beautiful angel for the auction.  From Gordon:  Like the previous Angel I painted for the HPH group, this one seemed to develop out of nothing more than a moment of inspiration. I remember taking a new canvas and placing it on the easel, and in minutes, it was clear that I was painting the form of a young man.  The first attempt at painting him was quick, and I felt that I had captured a sort of negative of the image, and then I had to walk away from it and wait until I became inspired once again.  The following day I was compelled to build the painting and this beautiful light-being developed on my canvas; it sometimes felt like my hands worked independently of me. The moment I stopped painting that day, I felt I had to do no more to him. There was a deep sense that the influence behind this work was content. I know this radiant being will find his way home. The second item is a gorgeous quilt, ' Metamorphosis,' 53" x 58", created by Joyce McLaughlin, a Shining Light Mom, and Caring Listener for Helping Parents Heal.  From Joyce:  It is with great honor and love that I present the 'Metamorphosis' quilt for the Helping Parents Heal 2024 Conference.   This quilt symbolizes the profound transformation we have all experienced since our child(ren) transitioned.  It is a testament to the love and gratitude we hold for our children, who now guide us on our spiritual journey as Shining Lights.
