BiddingOwl Presents: BiddingOwl: Free Charity Fundraising Auction Software

Where: Cacapon Resort Sate Park Berkley Springs, WV 25441.  You do not need to be present to bid on the auctions.  You do need to pick up your targets in person (see information below) 

When: August 7-10, 2025

What: Biggest archery target sales of the year.  There are two ways to purchase targets at this event.  First, the targets used on the ranges at this event are all available through this auction (all auction information below).  Second, hundreds of targets and inserts will be available to purchase directly from our booth in the vendor area of Cacapon Resort. 

Booth Sale Information: 

Come look through the hundreds of items, purchase and take with you same day. Rinehart Targets will have a booth in the vendor area of the IBO World Championship.  The vendor area is open to the public (there is no entry fee).  Most items are factory second items which have minor aesthetic blemishes. 

Items available at the booth will included:

- Hundreds of factory second targets. Everything from our biggest target Sasquatch to our smallest rabbit. 

- Hundreds of factory second inserts.  Bring your clubs target list and find the inserts you need at a deep discount. 

- Factory second 18-1s, Rhino Blocks and Signature Animal Targets.  

- NASP 3D targets and inserts.  Antelope, Alert Deer, Alert Turkey, Cinnamon Bear, Coyote and Standing Stone Sheep. 

- Used targets from the IBO range at the biggest discount.  

Target Auction Information:

Auctions are now LIVE!  Clicking on the 'View Items' button.  Create your bidder account by clicking 'Register' in the upper right hand corner and your ready to bid. 

This target auction is available for participants, clubs, dealers and individuals who are able to pick up targets at the 2025 IBO World Championship in Berkley Springs, WV.  Shipping of target lots will not be available.  All auction items will be previously shot over the course of the event and are sold in as is condition. 

There will be lots of 10 or 5 targets to allow all participants the chance to fulfill their range needs.

All targets will be picked up on Saturday August 9th from 9 am to 1pm WEATHER PERMITTING. In the event of a weather delay for the IBO we will pick up targets on Sunday. Payment will be made via credit card, cash or check to Rinehart at that time. You will not be allowed to pick up targets until payment is made. Pick up location will be on the hill next to the vendor area (same places as the last two years).

When each auction closes the winner will be notified via email and/or text from biddingOwl.com. Rinehart will also verify with the winning bidder via phone.  West Virgina sales tax will be added.
