Welcome to Immanuel's FIFTH online auction!  Most of us remember the fun and successful silent auctions we held in Fellowship Hall in the past. But Covid forced us online, and the congregation's response has been awesome! We expect even more fun this year.

Now is the perfect time to do some early holiday shopping for gift cards, artistic creations, certificates for services and vacation opportunities! We hope you enjoy the diversity of the auction offerings we have gathered this year.  They are sure to get you excited to bid and to successfully walk away with these wonderful goods and services. 

The auction site will open for VIEWING ONLY on Sunday, November 16. The site will be open for BIDDING from 4:00 pm on Friday, November 21 through 4:00 pm on Sunday, November 23. So you will have plenty of time to bid and, if needed, to bump up your bid if you get outbid. The Bidding Owl software will notify you via text or email (your choice) when you have been outbid, so watch for these notifications. You can access the Bidding Owl Immanuel Auction site using your phone, tablet or computer.

As an added treat, we will hold an EARLY BIRD auction for 15 items. Online bidding on these items will also open at 4:00 pm on Friday, November 21, but will conclude with final bids in Fellowship Hall at NOON on November 23. So be sure to check the Early Bird category list to see which 15 items will close bidding at noon, right after worship service on the 23rd.  While you do not need to be in attendance, if you are, winning bidders may take their EARLY BIRD items with them at that time. 

Start by using the URL link from Immanuel eBlasts and emails. On the home page (you are here now), you can register using the Profile at the top right corner. Return to the home page and next to this welcome narrative, you can either choose to see ALL AUCTION ITEMS or only those in certain categories (example - Getaways). You will probably want to look at everything as there are many enticing opportunities. Be sure that you check out all pages of auction items. If you have questions or need technical assistance, please call or email the church office.

Once you see an item of interest, click on it and more information on that item will be displayed -- this is where you will bid.  Once the auction closes (at 4:00 pm on Sunday, 11/23), you will be informed of your winning bids and can enter your credit card in this confidential and secure site. For your safety, your credit card information is NOT stored in the system after processing. Your winning items will be mailed to you within days, or you will receive an email with pick up arrangements.   

Remember, all proceeds support Immanuel's general fund. Good luck, be competitive, and HAVE FUN!!!
