Welcome to a Grimm's Fairytale Ball Silent Auction 2025!
We are so happy to have our community come together in support of our beloved Madrone Trail School, thank you for taking part in an evening where your generosity can help weave a brighter future for our students. Every bid you place helps work toward a bit more of a "Happily Ever After" for our community.
Silent Auction bidding OPENS 5 pm Friday March 7th, and CLOSES Saturday March 8 at 7:30 pm
Please note:
Items not removed from the Armory on Saturday March 8 will be available for pick up on Sunday March 9 at the Armory between 9 am and 10 am. If your purchase is not picked up by this time, it will be your responsibility to please contact: auction@madronetrail.org in order to arrange pick up at Madrone Trail School.

Helpful Bidding Owl Instructions and Hints:
1. Register or Log In – Click “Login” in the top right corner. If you’re new, select “Not a bidder yet? Sign up!” and follow the prompts.
2. Browse Items – Click “View Items” to explore all available auction items.
3. Place a Bid – Click on an item, enter your bid (or set a max bid for automatic bidding), then confirm.
4. Track Your Bids – View your current bids under “My Bids”. You’ll get notifications if you’re outbid.
5. Win & Pay – If you win, follow the checkout instructions to complete your payment and pick up your item. If you won an item it will be confirmed via your email.
Post-Auction Notifications:
• Email Notifications: After the auction concludes, winning bidders automatically receive an email notification detailing the items they’ve won and instructions for payment and pickup.
Payment Process:
• Timing of Payment: Bidders are not required to enter payment information when logging in or placing bids. Instead, payments are processed after the auction ends, following the receipt of the winning notification email.
• Payment Methods: BiddingOwl supports various payment options, including credit cards, PayPal, cash, and checks. The available methods may vary depending on the auction organizer’s preferences.
Recommendations for a Smooth Experience:
• Accurate Contact Information: Ensure that your email address and other contact details are up-to-date in your BiddingOwl account to receive timely notifications.
• Post-Auction Actions: After the auction closes, promptly check your email (including spam or junk folders) for any notifications regarding won items and follow the provided instructions to complete your payment and arrange for item pickup or delivery.
