Northwood PTSA  Silent Auction 

This auction is to raise funds for PTSA and also to help PromPlus.

PromPlus is an event hosted by the PTSA to keep our young adults safe in a drug and alcohol free event. We provide activities, food, games and prizes from 8:00pm-11:30pm 

Auction will take place from April 21 and Close May 5 at 8:00pm

In the week leading up to the auction, we encourage you to visit the auction website to browse the available gifts and register as a bidder. Registration is free. The website is mobile-friendly and accessible on laptops, phones, and desktops. Arrangements for Pick up will be the week of May 5- 10

We have Summer Camps, Activiries for theFamily Restaurants, Graduation Booths for any Senior parents ...please share with family and friends 

Auction Rules: 

  • A bidder must be 18 years or older to bid.
  • All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted. All items are “as is.” Northwood School PTSA has attempted to describe and catalog items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance or condition of the items.
  • The auction item value listed is an estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless so noted. The amount you pay above this fair market value estimate is normally tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Please consult your tax adviser to clarify the amount of deduction.
  • Payment for items purchased must be made in full within 5 days of the close of the auction. Following payments, you may pick up your purchases. Please note that all credit card transactions will have an associated PayPal fee.
  • If an items is not claimed within the 5 days, the next highest bid will be awarded the item.
  • It is the purchaser’s responsibility to initiate contact with the donor of such as items as camps, special visits, services, or tickets to arrange for their use in accordance with the instructions specified. Northwood PTSA is not responsible for any failure by the successful bidder to utilize the item or services with the specified time period.
  • Northwood PTSA reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the auction.
  • Each person bidding assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items and activities obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising indirectly from  Northwood PTSA, their elected and appointed officials, members and employees, the auctioneer(s), the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
  • By bidding in Northwood PTSA’s auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules.
