The Rotary Club of Roatan Utila Guanaja works actively to be engaged in the community of Bay Islands and seeks to do projects that improve the lives of people, their environment, and infrastructure, as well as supporting other organisations that are working for the same goals. As Rotary members we work to improve lives and bring positive, lasting change to communities around the world by, fighting disease, providing clean water, supporting education, saving mothers and children, growing local economies and protecting the environment.

CATTLEYA Association and CEDICA school, is located in French Harbour, There was a small group of parents that met to find ways to educate and meet the special needs of their children. CEDICA educates children with different types of disabilities such as Down Syndrome, Autism, Intellectual Disability, Cerebral Palsy, etc. It is run as a non profit and they are completely reliant an the good will of sponsors to keep this school operational and give the disabled children an educational alternative that cater to their needs.

Together we are working to also provide activity days for Adults with Disabilities as per now there is not an organised alternative for them, but we hope to be able to change that.
