Winning Bidders may pick up their items at the end of the concert (Mexican Heritage Plaza Theater, 1700 Alum Rock Avenue, San Jose 95116) or via mail shipment after the concert.
All funds raised will support the Philharmonic Orchestra's upcoming International Concert Tour to Poland and Czech Republic.
The Philharmonic Orchestra is the premier ensemble of SJYS, led by Music Director and Conductor, Yair Samet, and performs concerts at the historic California Theatre and the Mexican Heritage Plaza Theater, both located in downtown San José. It also performs and collaborates regularly both locally and internationally, including with the Ireland Youth Orchestra, San Jose Taiko, the Okayama Youth Orchestra, Los Gatos Ballet and Mariachi Cobre.
The orchestra embarks on a biannual international concert tour, returning most recently, from the Baltics (Vilnius, Lithuania; Riga, Latvia; Parnu & Tallinn, Estonia; and Helsinki, Finland) in 2022. The orchestra will tour again during the summer of 2025 to Poland (Warsaw, Lublin, Pulawy, Krakow) and the Czech Republic (Olomouc & Prague), performing in 4 concerts at renowned venues including the Krakow Opera House and Smetana Hall in Prague.
