  Welcome to Our 20th Annual Auction!  

This will be an in-person only event, and we hope to you see you there!   This year, all but the Live Auction will be bid using Bidding Owl online, and all check-out will be done using Bidding Owl!

We have many great items from our generous donors and hope that you enjoy our event!

Please take note of the following information:

  • Some items may have expiration dates, black-out dates, and/or specific dates.  Any known date limitations are noted in the item description as possible, but we cannot be responsible for undisclosed restrictions.
  • The silent auction bidding will begin on Saturday, 4/05/24 at 5:00pm and will end at 7:30 pm.  
  • REGISTRATION (required):
    • http://NEW.biddingowl.com/StPeterLutheran
    • Use or create an account on NEW BiddingOwl (same as last year if you checked out that way, but not same as prior years)
    • Once the auction closes, we will announce when you can check out.  See table programs for details.
    • Check-out can be done with a credit card or your PayPal account.  It works just like on-line shopping, with a "cart" and check-out process.  We appreciate your willingness to use this method, as it streamlines check-out and makes accounting much easier for the school.
    • If you need a paper invoice, we can print one for you.
  • Once you have paid, you may pick up items from tables.  It is expected that you pay and take all of the items you won directly from the event venue.

Thank you to our committee for all of their work organizing this event.
