This will be an in-person only event, and we hope to you see you there!   But this year, you MAY check out using Bidding Owl!

We have many great items from our generous donors and hope that you enjoy our event!

 

Please take note of the following information:

  • Some items may have expiration dates, black-out dates, and/or specific dates.  Any known date limitations are noted in the item description as possible, but we cannot be responsible for undisclosed restrictions.
  • The silent auction bidding will begin on Saturday, 4/13/24 at 5:00pm and will end at 7:30 pm.  
  • REGISTRATION (for BiddingOwl check-out only):

    • Create an account on NEW BiddingOwl using the same email address given when purchasing tickets.
    • Last years' BiddingOwl accounts will not work.  You must create a new account this year.
    • Once the auction closes, we will announce when you can check out.  See table programs for details.
    • Otherwise, you may still choose to pay in-person at the auction via check, cash or FACTS. 
  • Once you have paid, you may pick up items from tables.  It is expected that you pay and take all of the items you won directly from the event venue.

Thank you to our committee for all of their work organizing this event.
