Welcome to our annual Pony Palooza Fundraiser Day online auction page! 100% of the proceeds generated from this auction go directly toward supporting our community ranch program.

📅 Important Auction Details
  • Bidding Opens: 6/5/2026 at 9:00am (Early bidding is encouraged!)
  • Bidding Closes: 6/6/2026 strictly at 1:00pm
  • Pickup Location: Stoney Oaks Ranch 
  • Pickup Window: All items must be claimed at the ranch within 7 days of auction close. Please note: We are unable to ship physical baskets or bulky items.

  2. Turn On Notifications: Be sure to opt-in to text or email alerts during registration so you know instantly if someone outbids you.
  3. Browse the Baskets: Click the "View Items" button to explore our three main bidding tiers: Premium (High-value ranch experiences and luxury gifts), Standard (Fitness, beauty, and local training), and Accessible (Family entertainment and crowd-pleasing favorites).
  4. In-Person Guests: If you are walking the tables in our barn hallway today, simply use your phone's camera to scan the unique QR code on the sign next to any physical basket to instantly open its online bidding page.
 
 
💵 How to Pay & Claim Your Winnings
Winning bidders will receive an automated email or text confirmation from BiddingOwl as soon as the auction timer expires. Because we do not store credit cards online, all payments will be handled manually:
  • In-Person Attendees: Head straight to the main registration desk in the barn hallway immediately after the auction closes.
  • Off-Site/At-Home Winners: Please coordinate your payment during your scheduled pickup time at the ranch this week.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Checks, Venmo, or Credit Cards via our mobile swiper at the checkout table.
