Welcome to the SJPTGA Sustainabili - Tree Auction!
Saint John Paul the Great Academy has been focused on Sustainability through STREAM education. In an effort to think and act sustainably, each class was challenged with brainstorming for and collecting items from home. These items were on their way to be discarded or recycled, and would be repurposed to create something new and beautiful, a Christmas tree. These trees will adorn our school hallways on December 20th for students and staff to enjoy, our own festival of trees.
.Here is how it works. This is a blind auction. You are bidding on the trees only based on their descriptive names and a list of the materials from which they are constructed. That's right, you do not get to see the trees, yet!
On the last day of the auction we will add photos of the trees from each class. It is only then that you may view the completed trees!
Please keep in mind as you bid, that a 5% fee will be added to your bid upon checkout. We ask that you factor that into your budget as you place your bids, so there is no surprise amount at checkout.
The auction will open on December 16th, at 9:00 AM and will close on December 20th at 9:00 AM. At that point the tree owners will be announced and trees may be picked up at SJPTGA, during the school day on the 20th. If you are unavailable to pick up your tree on the 20th, arrangements will be made for another pick up time.
