The UNBC Nursing Club is a student-led organization dedicated to supporting nursing students through community building, professional development, and advocacy. We organize educational events, fundraising initiatives, and volunteer opportunities that strengthen our connection to the community while fostering collaboration among future healthcare professionals. Our goal is to enhance the student experience and promote a culture of compassion, leadership, and lifelong learning.
The UNBC Nursing Club is excited to host our annual Silent Auction in support of our 2026 Nursing Pinning Ceremony — a cherished tradition that honours graduating nursing students as they transition into professional practice.
Throughout the week, community members are invited to browse and bid on items generously donated by local businesses. Every contribution helps celebrate the dedication, perseverance, and growth of our future nurses.
In the spirit of giving back, 25% of all proceeds will be donated to the Prince George Hospice Palliative Care Society (Rotary Hospice House), helping support compassionate end-of-life services for individuals and families in our region. The remainder of funds raised will support student-led initiatives and ensure the Pinning Ceremony is meaningful and accessible to all graduates.
