Welcome to the Westonka High School Baseball Booster Online Silent Auction!

Thank you for being here and for supporting Westonka Baseball. The funds raised through this auction directly benefit the Westonka High School Baseball Booster Program and the incredible student-athletes who represent our community on and off the field.

This online auction coincides with our Season Kick-Off Night at Back Channel Brewing Co. on Tuesday, March 31st (see flyer and event details below!). We hope you’ll join us for an evening of community, celebration, and baseball as we gear up for an exciting season ahead.

The Westonka Baseball Boosters proudly support our high school program in many meaningful ways. Your generosity helps us:

• Provide game day travel snacks and meals for our athletes

• Update and improve training equipment

• Fund Senior Night and Youth Night celebrations

• Support our end-of-season banquet

• And enhance many other program activities throughout the year

Every dollar raised during this silent auction goes directly toward supporting our student-athletes and enriching their experience in Westonka Baseball.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the many local businesses, families, and community members who generously donated items for this auction. Their support makes this event possible. We encourage you to support these wonderful companies throughout the year!

Auction Details:

• Auction closes at 7:45 PM on Tuesday, March 31st

• Item pick-up will take place from 8:00–9:00 PM at Back Channel Brewing Co. on March 31st (the night of the event)

• If you are unable to pick up during that time, we are happy to coordinate an alternate pickup

• Gift cards may be mailed if needed

• Payment can be made through the Bidding Owl site or via cash/Venmo at item pickup
