Un Petit Coin Parfait

Canoe Island French Camp's 2025 Online Fundraiser

Welcome to Canoe Island French Camp’s 2025 online auction! This year, we’re raising funds for an essential—though not glamorous—camp improvement: replacing our 40-year-old outhouse with a modern vault toilet. This upgrade will create a more pleasant and environmentally responsible experience for campers, staff, and guests while advancing our sustainability goals. Due to the unique challenges of construction on Canoe Island, this project comes at a high cost, but its impact will be long-lasting—supporting education about water conservation and helping campers embrace the ecological benefits of communal living. Thank you for your support in making this vital improvement a reality.

Raffle (new this year!)

For the first time in our online auction, we’re hosting a raffle! Purchase a ticket for a chance to win a stunning handmade quilt, crafted collectively by CIFC campers and staff—a true piece of Canoe Island magic. Raffle ticket sales are open NOW—before the auction even begins—and will remain open for the duration of the fundraiser. One lucky winner will be randomly chosen to take home this one-of-a-kind treasure. Throughout summer 2024, campers created cyanotype squares using fabric, dye, and natural objects found on Canoe Island, capturing the beauty of wildflowers, salal berries, and mushrooms across the seasons. Co-Executive Director Ben Straub stitched the quilt together, and it was beautifully finished by friend of CIFC Jessica Galuska. This heirloom-quality piece is more than just a quilt—it’s a reflection of life on Canoe Island. Get your raffle tickets today for a chance to win!

Fund-A-Need

For those who wish to contribute to camp in a different way, we have curated a wish list of programming items that will directly benefit campers this summer. These items can be found under the “Fund-a-Need and More” category on the left side of the site. This year our list features art supplies, hammocks, a replacement fleet of kayaks, and everyone's favorite...tetherballs! We hope you will consider making a donation that would allow us to purchase one or more of these items.

Donate

If you wish to make a direct donation to Canoe Island's financial aid fund or one of our other funds, click the "Donate" button on the left side of the site. Thank you for your generous support that helps us provide a fantastic summer camp experience for kids!
