This silent auction is one of our school's most important fundraisers of the year! Your support is crucial to the success of our initiative, and we are hopeful that we can count on your generosity.  Proceeds from the auction will be directed toward supporting our teachers and enriching our children’s educational experience. The PTO funds academic experiences, including field trips, author visits, artistic and cultural performances, special presentations and workshops.  PTO funds are also used to purchase classroom supplies, educational materials and playground equipment.    

 

💡TIPS:

Register NOW and Set Up your Bidding Owl account!

-We highly recommend selecting to receive SMS (text) and email notifications so you will know when you have been out-bid    (click on the Account button in the top right > Click Profile > check the boxes for *notification SMS and *notification email )

-Considering entering a *max bid* if you cannot be online near auction close, which means Bidding Owl will automatically bid for you up to that amount in the event that you are out-bid. 


-Check back regularly as new items may be added throughout the auction. 

🤩WHO CAN BID:

ANYONE!  The Auction is open to the public!  Share the auction website with family and friends. The police cruiser ride to school is reserved for East Farms students only. 

 

💫LUCKY WINNERS: 

ITEM Pick up: Pick up your items at the  East Farms main office Some items can be  mailed/emailed once we receive payment. 

*Payment is due prior to picking up your item. Make sure to check your email for your invoice. If an item has not been paid for by June 8th the second highest bidder will be contacted to arrange payment/pickup.
