Welcome to the 2025 Whitnall Falcon Booster Club Falcon Fest Silent Auction!
Bidding will open at 6pm, Friday, February 7th. So sit back, relax, and bid! We've worked hard to create interesting and fun packages. Should you have any questions, there is additional information at the bottom of the page.

Falcon Fest is our annual, and only, fundraiser. Proceeds from this event go directly back to the students at Whitnall High School. We appreciate your support in making this a successful event.

How to Bid:
- If you registered for our online auction last year or other district auctions, just click the LOGIN button. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it.
- Return to Current Auction and start scrolling through all of the items or navigate through the green menu bar in the upper left-hand corner.
- If this is your first visit to biddingowl.com, start by clicking the REGISTER button and fill in your information.
- Then, go to your email and open the activation email and click the link to activate your account.
- Finally, search "Whitnall"and start bidding by scrolling through all of the items or navigate through the green menu bar in the upper left-hand corner.
Paying for Winning Bid
We use Paypal through the site. Bidders do not need to have or set up a Paypal account to pay for their items. You can simply type in your credit card information when it is time to pay.
Please note that you must be 21 years of age or older to bid or win on any packages that contain alcohol.
In person winners must take their items with them. In district online bidders will need to be able to pick up items at the Whitnall High School Library prior to the WFBC meeting on Monday, February 10th from 5:30 - 6:00pm. Shipping is only available for gift cards and will be arranged on a case by case basis. You will be notified automatically if you are the winning bidder for your items. If you do not pick up on Monday (and we do not hear from you) we will be forced to offer your winning bid item to the next highest bidder. You can reach us at whitnallboosterclub@gmail.com to request alternate arrangements for item pick up.
Reminder that we are a 501 3c so you are eligible for a tax write off for a portion of your purchase. Please touch base with your tax professional for details.
Since this is a charitable fundraiser, all sales are final.
