FASA sa UWB Third Annual Online Silent Auction

General Auction Information

We the Filipino American Student Association at the University of Washington Bothell are so excited to be hosting our third annual Online Silent Auction! This event will be held throughout the week of Sunday, April 14th (starting at 11:55 PM) PST to Sunday, April 21st (ending at 11:59 PM) PST. Everyone is welcome to bid on items such as gift certificates, merchandise, and services.

This year, we are raising money to subsidize the costs of hosting events and gatherings that allow students to be immersed in their culture. We are hosting our third annual culture show this upcoming May, FASAP, and are also planning educational workshops and general meetings in addition to that.

10% of proceeds from our online auction will be donated to the Kapit Bisig Relief Program, a disaster relief effort created in response to typhoon Haiyan, the strongest typhoon to hit the Philippines. This effort aims to educate on the root causes of environmental disasters and unite youth to take action to defend the environment and people’s rights. All proceeds from this campaign will fund projects, activities, and advance the rights and welfare of disaster-impacted communities back home in the Philippines.

All Sales Are Final

If the Online Silent Auction Committee designates your bid for an item as the top bid, it is your legal commitment to purchase the auctioned item. No exchanges or refunds will be offered. All sales are final.

Payment for the item(s) is due on Sunday, April 28th by 11:59 PM. Please let us know if you need more time to pay. Once you pay, you will be able to receive your item(s).

- Cash
- Check

**If you want to use Venmo, please include the name of the item(s) you have won. Please do not have "Turn on for purchases" turned on for Venmo as it will subtract a fee and you will be required to pay for the fee difference before you can receive your items.

The Online Silent Auction Committee has aimed to describe each item correctly, but all items will be sold as-is. FASA sa UWB is not responsible for any discrepancies between the items and their descriptions. Note that some items have restrictions such as locations and/or expiration dates placed by their donors, which will be indicated within their description.

Privacy

The Silent Auction Committee will never share your personal information. We will use your contact information to reach out regarding pick up of your items. Our items will not be available for shipping.
