Welcome to The Gettysburg Choral Society Online Silent Auction Fundraiser! Silent Auction items will be available for bidding starting on April 9th, 2025 ending on April 16th, 2025 at 9PM EST.
We are a non-profit 501(c)3 organization funded 100% by donations from our local community, grants and businesses. All proceeds collected by the Silent Auction will go towards future concerts and performances, all of which are offered to the public at no cost!

AUCTION DETAILS
1) SHIPPING IS OFFERED! If you are local to Gettysburg, PA and the surrounding area, we can coordinate pickup, as well. Each item is charged a flat rate shipping fee (if you choose that option), but if you win multiple items, the difference in cost will be refunded to you once your item(s) ship out! (If you win certain gift cards that are electronic and are notated as "e-gift card," they may be emailed to you for free.) Items will be shipped the week of April 28th, 2025.
2) A 7.5% fee will be charged for the winning bid on each item to help offset the BiddingOwl and PayPal online payment fees. We appreciate your understanding!
3) Once the auction ends, if you are the winner, please pay online ASAP so that we can get your items to you.
