Welcome to our Human Horse Races online auction for 2025!  

Now is the perfect time to do some early holiday shopping for unique local art, gift cards, artistic creations and certificates for services!

Your generosity directly helps to bring this fun Thanksgiving Day event to the New Orleans community. Proceeds are shared with participating local artists and businesses along with supporting the Greeno Equine Sanctuary. Greeno has grown from 20 to 30 acres, with access to an additional 40+ acres of grazing land. Today, over 20 horses call the sanctuary home, where they can live free from fear, abandonment, and neglect for the rest of their lives.

Bidding will open at 11:00am on Thursday, November 27 and run until Thursday, December 11 at 11:59pm. 

To bid: first register by clicking on the icon top right to create your bidding profile. Then view the auction items by clicking on "All" or choosing a category from the left side menu. Bidding Owl will notify you via text or email (your choice) when you have been outbid, so watch for these notifications if you wish to keep bidding. 

Check out: If you are the winning bidder you will be informed of your win and we ask that you pay within 24 hours by check, cash or Venmo.  

Pick up: If you live in the New Orleans area, you can contact us directly to pick up your winning item in person. Otherwise, contact us, lineartgallery@gmail.com, and we will make arrangements to ship your winning item to you at cost.

25% of the final bid will go to the donor of each item, supporting these local artists and small businesses. We encourage you to make note of our donors so you can patronize these businesses and support these artists in return for their generous support of our event; please remember to make mention that you heard about them from the Human Horse Races.
