All proceeds from this auction directly benefit Hilltop Primary School and our amazing students and staff!

The auction is officially open and runs through Saturday, October 11th at 2:45 PM CST! You can place bids anytime until closing or guarantee your win (and skip the pick-up line) by using the “Buy Now” option. With “Buy Now,” you can collect your winnings anytime during Octoberfest; just stop by the Hilltop Media Center.

Once the auction closes, winners will receive an email notification from BiddingOwl. All items must be picked up in the Hilltop Media Center on October 11th from 3:30–4:30 PM (the day of Octoberfest). Payments can be made via Venmo (@HilltopPTA), cash, or check at pick-up. Some items, such as teacher and staff experiences, do not require pick-up. You will receive details directly from the teacher, staff member, or PTA during the week following the auction. If your item includes alcohol, we will coordinate a separate pick-up off school premises.

🚫 Please note: We cannot ship items! All items must be picked up from Hilltop Primary School.

We ask that everyone please try to pick up items on October 11th, but if that time does not work for you, email htptapres@277apps.org to arrange an alternate pick-up time at the school.
