Our biggest fundraiser of the year is here! ALL proceeds from this auction go directly to benefit Hilltop and our amazing students!
The auction is now live and will run until Saturday, October 11th at 2:45 PM CST. You can place bids until that time, or guarantee a win and skip the pick-up line by using the "Buy Now" option! With "Buy Now," you can collect your winnings at any time during Octoberfest.
Once the auction closes, winners will receive a notification from BiddingOwl. You won’t need to process payment before the auction ends; once it’s over, you must pay via Venmo (@HilltopPTA), cash, or check.
Item pick-up will be from 3:30 to 4:30 PM on October 11th (the day of Octoberfest). If this time doesn’t work for you, no worries! We can arrange a special pick-up time—just contact us at htptapres@277apps.org.
Please note that teacher/staff experiences and a few other items do not require pick-up. You’ll receive an email with details from the teacher/staff or the PTA during the week following the auction.
