Mission
Gettysburg Performance Gym's mission is to provide an unparalleled fitness environment that optimizes the potential of each individual and fosters positive change in their daily lives.
Team
The GPG team is here to support our members as they work towards achieving their fitness goals. We offer memberships for open-gym and welcome walk-ins. Certified and experienced personal trainers are available for 30 or 60-minute sessions for clients of all experience levels. Our friendly front desk team is available to assist with check-in, purchases, and all membership-based needs.
Facility
Our facility includes cardio machines, free weights, and cable machines as well as equipment focused on powerlifting, Olympic lifting, strongman, and functional training. Our turf runs 50' long by 18' wide for sled work, plyometrics, sprints, bounding, and more. We are truly a gym for everyone of all fitness levels and interests.
We also have a separate private room for cupping/IASTM/mobilization sessions and private consultations.
Body Composition Analysis is available on site with InBody Composition technology.
