Description
As a seasoned cold plunger (over 600 ice baths,) I’m offering 1 coached cold plunge session at the Earthdance quarry or somewhere we both agree to within 40 minutes of Northampton. Session includes movement, 20 minute guided breathwork, preparatory suggestions and mindset work, the invitation to stay in the water and cold plunge for 2-3 minutes, followed by a warm up and integration. 1 hr session.
