This 2 hour session is to support your ease of movement and freedom from pain. it will include 1 hour of Rolfing. Rolfing is manual therapy focusing on fascia. Nuria has almost 30 yrs of experience. Followed by 1 hour session to be used as you wish. It could be a 1:1 private Axis Syllabus mentorship, a Contact Improvisation feedback session and dance, a zoom session for movement evaluation and alignment coaching.
