A 2 night stay in the recreation epicenter of the western Maine mountains near Bethel, Maine. Our cozy retreat for 2, is close to a range of great hiking, canoeing (the Androscoggin River), and mountain biking. The Mountain Suite is located in The Pleasant Valley Commons (aka The Commons) a renovated grange hall and community hub, on the Maine Registry of Historic Places. The modern suite has a private entrance and porch, queen bed, wet bar, and bath. After a day of adventure return for a warm shower, a cold drink on the porch, and a comfortable sleep.
