Description
Wow, this unique coin is sure to catch the attention of numismatists, WWII history buffs, and silver investors alike!
Measuring 3 inches in diameter, this hefty coin contains a full FIVE troy ounces of .999 silver! The front features the classic quarter design, while the back depicts American forces landing on Asan Bay, commemorating the liberation of Guam in World War II. The stamping around the edge reads "War in the Pacific" on the top, "2019" on the bottom, "Guam" on the left, and "E. Pluribus Unum" on the right. The lack of a P mint mark and the bright, mirror-like finish both indicate that this coin is the Bullion version rather than a Collector Uncirculated/Burnished strike.
Numismatic value is $350-460 on the resale market. Baseline melt value approx. $350 (price fluctuates daily depending on the global spot price of silver).
Coin is in mint condition and contained in a protective acrylic capsule. Don't want to take your chances with incremental bidding? Claim this beauty NOW using the Buy it Now button!
