• Separate parking passes are required each day of championship week, Wednesday through Sunday.
• Fans can bring their own food in a 1-gallon clear plastic bag, with food items wrapped in clear wrap. Reusable plastic or metal cups (up to 32oz) are permitted, provided they are empty upon entry.
• No memorabilia can be brought into the tournament.
• Shuttle services are available for disabled guests throughout the tournament.

All items will be available the night of the event and attendees will have a chance to view each item and continue to place bids until the closing of the auction at 8:00pm. Winners will be notified through the Bidding Owl auction website, and checkout will be open starting at 8:30 pm. Items can be picked up upon the close of the auction at Moretz Mills on April 16th, or at Carolina Caring's Robinson Road Campus on or after Monday, April 20th. Online payment through the auction website is preferred - cash, check, & credit cards will also be accepted. If you are unable to attend the event, please call 828-466-0466 x 2357 to make pick up arrangements. Any items shipped will be charged an additional flat rate for shipping.
