Since the Walker family patriarch, Joe, opened our first restaurant in Shawnee, Kansas in 1969, we've been proud to serve Kansas City our Kansas City–style cracker-crust pizzas—built your way or crafted as specialty favorites like our Famous Crab Rangoon Pizza. While our roots are classic, our menu continues to evolve. We offer health-focused and gluten-free options, including an almond-flour keto crust introduced in 2019 to rave reviews, along with cauliflower and traditional gluten-free crusts.
