The couple wanted to offer Plymouth a fine dining option. Chef Casey started his cooking French cuisine (once cooking with the Legendary Ms. Julia Child!). So opening a brasserie made perfect sense. The couple renovated & restored a former coffee shop into a chic & comfortable new dining room. They are presenting food that is a feast for your eyes as well as your palate.
