Description
This is a family-orientated facility looking westward over the ocean with 3 pools (including a large baby pool), and 3/4mi in each direction are: shops and restaurants to the north, groceries to the east and the #1 beach in the Caribbean to the south. The condo sleeps 8 (1 bdrm with king bed, 1 bdrm with queen bed, 1 bdrm with two dbl beds, (each with its own full bath) and pullout sofa in the TV room). It has a spacious sundeck with a hot tub. Good for any available week from Aug. to Dec. 12.
Additional Information
All items must be picked up on Aug 8 at 1027 Watson Pond Road, Rome between 8am-noon. No item will be available until it is paid for. Personal checks OK. No means of taking credit cards at pick up point. Payment can be made through the auction website. We will ship those items not picked up at bidders request. Shipping cost at bidders expense.
