All payments from winning bidders will go directly to Polaris School and Centre (Charity and Legal Name 10787671 Canada Association). There will be no refunds or exchanges.

To retrieve your winning items:

Items will be available for pick up at Polaris School and Centre, 1805 Gaspé Ave, 2nd floor, Ottawa ON K1K 0A4, between 9am - 3pm, from Tuesday, December 16 to Friday, December 19. If you cannot retrieve your winning item at that time, please contact the office immediately following the auction at fundraising@polarisschool.ca. The school will be closed from December 22 to January 2 for winter break.

For gift certificates, those that can will be emailed within 72hrs of the auction closing. If you did not receive an email, then your gift certificate is available for pick up at the office as per above.
