A One Hour Life Coaching Session

I`m so thrilled to once again offer a one hour life coaching session to our wonderful community! We`ll have the space to dive in and research an important life choice, decision and/or pathway... What calls you? What motivates you? What are your sticky places? Most importantly, when and how do you feel most alive, aligned and in right action? I’m here and willing to encourage your growing and becoming, to meet you right where you are, and to challenge you to strive towards your visions and goals. The session begins with a topic of your choice, and may include talking, touch (if in person), movement, role-playing, visualization, art making, or simple silent introspection. We could meet in person, via Zoom or over the phone. This offering could be just for you, or could also be a gift for a loved one!
