AFI Silver offers a year-round program of the best in American and international cinema, featuring a dynamic mix of specialty first-run movies; retrospectives; festivals; premieres, tributes and other special events; onstage guest appearances; and educational and community-based programs in a theatrical setting of the highest standards. Anchored by the stunningly restored 1938 Silver Theatre, the three-screen AFI Silver Theatre and Cultural Center is a state-of-the-art film and digital media exhibition venue, which serves as a national model for preserving and honoring our shared film and film going heritage.

The Forest Knolls Spring Auction is our largest fundraising event of the year! The funds we raise are crucial for holding enriching, free community events, such as Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service and 'This Is How We Do It' night. The funds also provide grants to teachers and partners for school projects not covered by the annual budget, including books for the Rock N' Read Tutoring Program and equipment for the FKES Bike Bus. The auction will take place online from April 23 to May 2, culminating in a celebratory evening during the FKES Parent Social, where we’ll gather as a community to honor our winners and generous supporters.
