Alder Wood Chair

This stunning chair was hand crafted and donated by the artist. Just in time for summer, this piece of art would be a centrepiece in your cottage or covered porch. From the artist: My name is Wendy Richardson and I've always enjoyed creating and working with my hands especially when I'm using natural products. Every piece is unique and different. This chair is created from Alder, a wood that grows in wet conditions which makes it easier to bend the thinner spindles. Once completed it is sprayed with an outdoor varathane. In order to preserve the life of the chair, never leave it out in the elements, especially in the sun.
