No one should go hungry in a world where there is so much abundance. AIO is playing an integral role in this area by ensuring that all people have access to food and heating. I’m a continued supporter of their efforts and feel honored to get to contribute a creative piece to this fundraiser. BIO: Alissa Hessler is a local musician, artist, photographer and multimedia storyteller. She makes art pieces and costumes for her music performances using single-use plastics headed to the landfill. She produces the podcast and website the Urban Exodus, teaches photography at Maine Media and designs websites/brands/packaging at Hessler Creative.
