Senator Susan Collins has generously provided this flag, to be flow over the Capital Building on a date specified by the winning bidder. You can request a date in memory of a loved one or for a special occasion such as a birthday, anniversary, retirement or in honor of an individual or group special to you. The flag will also be accompanied by a certificate stating that the flag was flown over the U.S. Capitol at Senator Collins' request and noting the winner's request.
