The home is equipped with all the amenities of home so no need to bring towels, bedding, etc?Since the home is part of a community, it is perfect for a family getaway. It is also just 3 blocks from a championship golf course. There are hundreds of other golf courses in the Pheonix/Mesa area as well. The community has an outstanding community center with pools, basketball & volleyball courts, fitness center, tennis courts, catch and release fishing pond, parks, etc. The Grand Canyon is also a popular attraction. It is about a 4.5 hour drive from the Phoenix/Mesa area.
